hey there! There are a bunch of different marine reptiles you can play on this site. Please note that all descriptions are based off assumptions and internet information, since this site's purpose is mainly for fun. Let's give you an overview:
p l e s i o s a u r s
the most famous kind of marine reptile! Characterized by small heads, heavy bodies, and long necks.

The types of plesiosaurs you can have are:
• plesiosaurus
10 - 20 feet long
feeds primarily on fish and crustaceans
maneuverable, fast, can go on land for short time
{read the Wikipedia article}
• cryptoclidus
up to 26 feet long
feeds primarily on fish and squid
keen sense of smell, amphibious, lays eggs on land
{read the Wikipedia article}
• styxosaurus
36 - 40 feet long
neck is approximately half the length of the body
large predator; feeds on larger fish and squid
{read the Wikipedia article}
• elasmosaurus
up to 50 feet long
neck can be over half the length of the body

p l i o s a u r s
a group of marine reptiles usually considered to be dangerous and "scary". They are characterized by long, fanged jaws, heavy bodies, and powerful flippers.
On this site, pliosaurs tend to be irritable, impatient, and emotional. They have a sense of humor, if you can tell them a joke without being chased off their territory and/or eaten.
The types of pliosaurs you can have are:
• pliosaurus
up to 40 feet long
predator; eats large fish and the young, small, or weak of any other species it happens to fancy at the time
cannot go on land - will suffocate under their own bulk
{read the Wikipedia article}
• kronosaurus
30 - 45 feet long
predator; will eat anything that doesn't manage to fight them off, including things bigger than themselves
cannot go on land
{read the Wikipedia article}
• liopleurodon
16 - 30 feet long
predator; hunts primarily sharks
intensely territorial, and a scarily competent tracker

i c h t h y o s a u r s
another super-famous marine reptile. Ichthyosaurs are fish-shaped, streamlined swimmers that faintly resemble today's swordfish. They are very fast and agile.
On this site, ichthyosaurs are clever, humorous, and energetic. They like to make mischief as often as they can.
The types of ichthyosaurs you can have are:
• Ichthyosaurus
up to 7 feet long
eats mainly small fish and squid
social, especially the females
give birth to live young
{read the Wikipedia article}
• Ophthalmosaurus
up to 20 feet long - the largest ichthyosaur
night hunter; eats mainly squid
independent, but gather to hunt
primarily deep-water dwellers
give birth to live young
{read the Wikipedia article}
• Aegirosaurus
up to 6 feet long - the smallest ichthyosaur

l a m n i f o r m e s
These guys aren't reptiles - they're sharks! They were pretty scary, too. They are slow, but dangerous.
On this site, sharks are distant and detached, seemingly emotionless. They especially hate ichthyosaurs, and avoid pliosaurs for good reason.
The types of lamniformes you can have are:
• cretoxyrhina
up to 25 feet long
slow, not very agile
primarily a stealth predator; eats anything smaller than it, and will scavenge if necessary
{read the Wikipedia article}
• squalicorax
up to 16 feet long
fast over short distances, reasonably agile
hunts in shallow waters; eats fish and other small reef-dwelling creatures
